I have been looking for a great pair of bluetooth headphones to pair with my new watch. I LOVE these they are exactly what I was looking for. Great sound and easy to use. I would highly recommend them for any athlete or anyone looking for a pair of easy to use bluetooth headphones. I also want to shout out their customer service, they had a quick response time when I had a question.
I ordered my happy plug earphones over 15 days ago (their website says the deliveries are between 8-15 days). I've emailed them twice, had a response that the earphones were not in stock but are expected to be back in stock this week. Since then, I haven't had any updates from them. I emailed them twice again and have eventually opted to cancel my order because it's taken so long.
It's a shame because they could make so many people happier by simply updating them on progress and replying more promptly.

Great quality for a good price, great for the middle and lower class.
I have the happy plugs air one. I’ve had them for 9 months now and the left ear bud won’t pair. I’ve factory reset them, I’ve disconnected them from my phone, I’ve waited a few minutes with them in the case. The case is fully charged. I don’t know what’s wrong.
I could not realy resolve the issue since I did not have the receipt. In some places the serial number was enough but not here. My headset stopped working
A perfect pair for a working mom like me. Superb Sound Quality and good battery life. I am very much happy with my happy plugs. The matte black is so lovely as well!

I wanted to return my Happy Plugs Airphones as I was having battery issues. Kaydeen was quick to help, resolved it and I got my refund. Thank you very much! I appreciate your help.
My Air 1 go left ear was dysfunctional. The customer service is really great, they listen and they are actually trying to solve the issue. They also answer within a day. It's all customers are asking for. Even if it didn't pay off in the end.
Plus they make up for it if necessary.
So 5+ stars for me !
Happy Plugs team was very helpful relating to my recent concern about my plugs. I suggest to all future buyers, to purchase earbuds instead of the in-ear plugs. The reason is because on the in-ear plugs, the cloth comes out easily, is like unglued from its position, instead of the the earbuds which do not have the specific cloth. Purchased couple of months ago both of them.
I emailed customer service after not receiving my order confirmation. Ellie was able to trace my order and found I’d mistyped my email address so she changed it for me and confirmed my order was on its way
